【中英文對照】“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇成果清單（全文）
發(fā)布時間：2017-06-07 16:02:12 | 來源：中國網(wǎng) | 作者： | 責任編輯：李瀟| 中國國家主席習近平在2013年提出共建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶和21世紀海上絲綢之路的重要合作倡議。3年多來，“一帶一路”建設(shè)進展順利，成果豐碩，受到國際社會的廣泛歡迎和高度評價。2017年5月14日至15日，中國在北京主辦“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇。這是各方共商、共建“一帶一路”，共享互利合作成果的國際盛會，也是加強國際合作，對接彼此發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要合作平臺。高峰論壇期間及前夕，各國政府、地方、企業(yè)等達成一系列合作共識、重要舉措及務(wù)實成果，中方對其中具有代表性的一些成果進行了梳理和匯總，形成高峰論壇成果清單。清單主要涵蓋政策溝通、設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通、資金融通、民心相通5大類，共76大項、270多項具體成果。 | In 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping launched the important cooperation initiative of building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. To date, steady progress and fruitful results have been achieved in the implementation of the Initiative. The international community has welcomed the Initiative and its positive impact. China hosted the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) in Beijing on 14-15 May 2017. The BRF is a major international event for countries and parties concerned to engage in consultation on building the Belt and Road and sharing the benefits. It is also an important platform for the participating parties to strengthen cooperation and synergize their development strategies. Before and during the BRF, national governments, local authorities and enterprises reached a number of cooperation agreements, policy measures and practical results. The Chinese side has put together a list of major deliverables of the BRF, which includes 76 items comprising more than 270 concrete results in five key areas, namely policy, infrastructure, trade, financial and people-to-people connectivity. |

| （一）中國政府與有關(guān)國家政府簽署政府間“一帶一路”合作諒解備忘錄，包括蒙古國、巴基斯坦、尼泊爾、克羅地亞、黑山、波黑、阿爾巴尼亞、東帝汶、新加坡、緬甸、馬來西亞。 | 1. | （一）中國政府將加大對沿線發(fā)展中國家的援助力度，未來3年總體援助規(guī)模不少于600億元人民幣。 | 1. The Chinese government will increase its assistance to the developing countries along the Belt and Road. The total assistance over the next three years will be no less than RMB 60 billion. |
| （二）中國政府將向沿線發(fā)展中國家提供20億元人民幣緊急糧食援助。向南南合作援助基金增資10億美元，用于發(fā)起中國－聯(lián)合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程合作倡議，支持在沿線國家實施100個“幸福家園”、100個“愛心助困”、100個“康復(fù)助醫(yī)”等項目。向有關(guān)國際組織提供10億美元，共同推動落實一批惠及沿線國家的國際合作項目，包括向沿線國家提供100個食品、帳篷、活動板房等難民援助項目，設(shè)立難民獎學(xué)金，為500名青少年難民提供受教育機會，資助100名難民運動員參加國際和區(qū)域賽事活動。 | 2. The Chinese government will provide RMB 2 billion emergency food aid to the the countries along the Belt and Road. China will provide replenishment of US$1 billion to the South-South Cooperation Assistance Fund to initiate the "China and United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Cooperation Initiative", and to support the implementation of 100 Happy Home Projects, 100 Anti-Poverty Projects, 100 Health Recovery Projects and other projects in the relevant countries.
