The Congress fully endorses its work. |
| 大會(huì )認為，黨的十八大以來(lái)，在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央堅強領(lǐng)導下，中央紀律檢查委員會(huì )和各級紀律檢查委員會(huì )牢固樹(shù)立政治意識、大局意識、核心意識、看齊意識，堅定中國特色社會(huì )主義道路自信、理論自信、制度自信、文化自信，自覺(jué)同黨中央保持高度一致，尊崇黨章，忠實(shí)履職，推動(dòng)全面從嚴治黨不斷向縱深發(fā)展，反腐敗斗爭形成壓倒性態(tài)勢并鞏固發(fā)展，堅定維護了黨中央權威和集中統一領(lǐng)導，厚植黨執政的政治基礎，建設一支忠誠干凈擔當的紀檢監察隊伍，向黨和人民交上了優(yōu)異答卷。 | The Congress holds that since the 18th National Congress of the Party, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the central and local commissions for discipline inspection have strengthened their consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment, and enhanced their confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. They have closely aligned themselves with the Party Central Committee and held the Party Constitution in great esteem as they performed their duties faithfully. Further steps have been taken to ensure full and strict governance over the Party, and the anti-corruption campaign has built into a crushing tide, is being consolidated, and continues to develop. They have upheld the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the Central Committee, helped foster a strong political underpinning for the Party's governance, and developed a contingent of discipline inspection and supervision officials who are loyal to the Party, have moral integrity, and demonstrate a keen sense of responsibility. In doing so, they have delivered excellent performance to the satisfaction of the Party and the people. |
| 大會(huì )要求，高舉中國特色社會(huì )主義偉大旗幟，以馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)、習近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì )主義思想為指導，全面落實(shí)黨的十九大作出的戰略部署，統籌推進(jìn)“五位一體”總體布局和協(xié)調推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”戰略布局，增強“四個(gè)意識”，堅定“四個(gè)自信”，不忘初心、牢記使命，緊緊圍繞黨的領(lǐng)導、黨的建設、全面從嚴治黨、黨風(fēng)廉政建設和反腐敗斗爭，推動(dòng)黨內政治生態(tài)實(shí)現根本好轉，履行黨章賦予的監督執紀問(wèn)責職責，為決勝全面建成小康社會(huì )、奪取新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì )主義偉大勝利提供堅強保證，為實(shí)現中華民族偉大復興的中國夢(mèng)不懈奮斗。 | The Congress calls on the central and local commissions for discipline inspection to hold high the banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and follow the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Theory of Three Represents, the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It urges them to act in complete accord with the strategic plans made at the Congress, do their part in ensuring coordinated implementation of the five-sphere integrated plan (1) and the four-pronged comprehensive strategy, (2) develop still greater consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment, and foster stronger confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. They are also urged to remain true to the Party's original aspiration and keep the Party's mission firmly in mind; work toward a fundamental improvement in the political ecosystem of the Party, with the focus on its leadership, capacity building, full and strict self-governance, conduct and integrity, and anti-corruption endeavor; and fulfill their duties to exercise oversight, enforce discipline, and ensure accountability as required by the Party Constitution. With this, they shall provide a strong underpinning for China's endeavor toward a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and great success of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and contribute to realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation. |
(1) The five-sphere integrated plan is to promote coordinated economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological advancement. (2) The four-pronged comprehensive strategy is to make comprehensive moves to finish building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, deepen reform, advance law-based governance, and strengthen Party self-governance. | |
