很高興同各位相聚在黃海之濱的山東青島。首先，我謹代表中國政府和中國人民，并以我個(gè)人的名義，對來(lái)華出席上海合作組織成員國元首理事會(huì )會(huì )議的各國領(lǐng)導人和國際組織負責人，對各位來(lái)賓，表示熱烈的歡迎！ | It is such a pleasure to have you with us here in Qingdao, Shandong Province, on the shore of the Yellow Sea.
